We purchased this property for $6.7M. 

We updated the property by investing $600K for improvements. These improvements included new flooring, cabinets, some new furnaces, washers and dryers, in many units, with others planned as units turn. We had new roofs done on the 4 buildings that hadn’t been re-roofed in the 2 years prior to our purchase. All of the buildings now have newer roofs. The new estimated value is now at $14M.
